With the effect of the pandemic, we realized that many online health consultancy companies help the system to work better and get answers to people's questions about their health faster. In order to implement this system in Turkey, we established the Elra Health within Elra.

The primary goal of Elra, which was founded by two partners who have spent half of their lives in Turkey and the other half in the USA, and who have both investing and career experience in technology and innovation companies, is for everyone to receive health care in a fast and reliable way.

​GLOBAL Computer and Control Systems (GBKS) began operations in Istanbul in 1993. Initially, our company's main goal was to develop and implement production tracking and automation systems. Over time, as demand and requests for our products increased, our field of activity expanded. In parallel with this development, in the years 1994-1995, our company turned towards the constantly growing health sector and developed and implemented the Hospital Automation System for hospitals and health institutions. Based on these applications, the Commercial Programs Set was also prepared and offered to users in 1997.

The increasing productivity problems and the increased importance of human resources in our country have led to the creation of the Global PDKS (Personnel Attendance Control System) and the launch of the PDKS (Personnel Attendance Control System) on the market in 1997, which enables businesses to track their personnel more quickly and securely. Our products are entirely developed and produced by our own personnel and are quickly able to meet customer requests and needs. These requests and needs required the establishment of a dealership network in 1998, enabling us to reach a wider customer base.
